Coconut Bread

Bread:
2 C. Sugar
4 Eggs
1 C. Canola oil
1 C Buttermilk
3 C. Flour
1/2 tsp  Baking Pd
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 C. Shredded Coconut
 *Mix and bake at 325' for 1 hr
Glaze:
1/2 C. Water
1 C. Sugar
1 Tbsp Butter
1/3 C. Coconut Milk
*Dissolve ingredients in boiling water and pour on warm bread

Makes 2 loaves or 1 bundt cake
